Meet the designers
Established in 2005 Contemporary Cake Designs has gone from strength to strength being able to expand their business to offer a whole world of deliciously different cakes at Studio E in Cheltenham. This is down to the dedication and hard work of Bee and Xavier Pelloux.

Bee Pelloux is an experienced and innovative cake designer. Trained at the Birmingham College of Food she then worked her way around the world. On her return to England she moved to the Wedding Cake department at Harrods, Knightsbridge and finally to one of London's leading Cake Companies Little Venice Cake Company, in Marlylebone. Bee is an expert in her field of sugar craft and gets a buzz out of creating new designs.
Xavier Pelloux trained in Switzerland. Since moving to England he has worked as Pastry Chef at Maison Blanc,The Ivy, Harrods, Knightsbridge and the Hilton, Park Lane. Xavier is an experienced Pastry Chef, Chocolatier who creates all our mouth watering chocolate sculpture. He also specialists in Croquembouche.


Contemporary Cake Designs provide you the opportunity to learn and create your own cake masterpieces in our exclusive cake making classes. Each of our classes is designed to suit beginners and master cake makers, held at our newly refurbished Studio E (Cheltenham) our chefs will guide you one-on-one passing on our expert knowledge of the trade.
